Dear Sangat Ji,

Hum is a mantra meaning “The God Within Ourselves”
Dhum means “The God Outside”
Har is the creative power of the Universe.

Chanting “Har” from the navel activates this creative power in us.
Vibrating Hum and Dhum tune us with the Source of this creative power.
God is my breath, breath is my God.

When our animal energy is consciously employed at awakening the highest centers, we experience our infinite and immortal being.
Crystalizing this divine self allows us to escape the cycle of death and birth that keep us prisoner of the material world.
This crystallization’s work is only be possible while we are in possession of our physical body.

The technology to achieve this task has been granted long time ago. Those having this task written on their destiny find their true liberation and freedom.
