They transform fear into determination and provide the energy to break from past blocks. This will invites new energy to actualize our deep potential and lead us toward our highest destiny.

The posture is:
Virasana, sitting on left ankle, left knee on the floor, right knee up.
Arms parallel to the floor, forearms bend at 90 degree, right forearm above left forearm.
Eyes 1/10th open focusing at the tip of the nose.
Project the sound “Har” from your navel area.
