Dear Sangat Ji,
In this meditation practised eyes closed focussed at the 3rd eye, Yogi Bhajan gave the following instructions regarding the pronunciation of Wah Guru:
The pronunciation of Wa is made with the lips first contracted before opening widely on the A.
In Gurmukhi, the word “WA” starts with the letter V. So when we pronounce Wahe Guru or Wah Guru, the “WA” starts with the lips pursed and not slightly loose with a round shape like in pronouncing the sound “OUA”.
You will notice the difference.
Kundalini Yoga emphasizes you to cover your hair during the practice, along with pulling your hair up at the top of the skull for men. Woman can tighten up a bit lower. This is particularly important with these kinds of exercises or meditations when the head goes from left to right or, in some cases, up and down.
As always, begin with tuning in and end with tuning out.
This meditation can be practised from 11- 31 minutes.
Music a can be support for the practice.
I hope the ones I produce may be of help to you but if not, try without or with another one.
